My working process revolves around an approach aimed at maximizing productivity and creativity. It begins with thorough research and planning, where I gather relevant information and outline key objectives.

Once I have a clear direction, I dive into the execution phase, breaking down tasks into manageable chunks and setting realistic deadlines.

Discovery : Understand the Problem

I begin by immersing myself in the problem space, and conducting exploratory research to gather insights. Through suitable research methods, I seek to understand the users’ needs, pain points, and behaviours. This discovery phase helps me uncover the root of the problem and sets the foundation for focused research.

Define : Narrow down the focus

After gathering data, I move to synthesis. Organising and analysing the research findings to identify patterns and key insights. This allows me to define the core problem and create clear user personas and problem statements. This phase ensures the team has a well-defined direction before ideation begins.

Develop : Explore Solutions

Collaborating closely with designers and stakeholders, I contribute research-backed insights during the ideation phase. We explore various design solutions, creating prototypes and testing them through usability testing or A/B testing to validate concepts and identify areas for improvement.

Deliver : Refine and Implement

In the final phase, I gather user feedback from the prototypes to fine-tune the designs. This step involves iterative testing and refining to ensure the solution addresses user needs. Once validated, the final product is ready for implementation, ensuring a user-centered, evidence-based design is delivered.
